What to know before applying
Do we need to replace our current system?
No. An institution can publish or claim its Organization Profile and link to its current system. Running operations on classly is a separate choice.
Is an Organization Profile the same as a SaaS workspace?
No. The Profile is public discovery information. The SaaS workspace contains private staff and operational data. They remain separate even when linked.
Can parents browse before creating an account?
Yes. Public discovery and Organization Profiles are designed to be browsed without registration. Private family actions still require an account.
What happens after we apply?
The platform reviews the Organization Profile and claim. Workspace creation, membership and operating mode are handled as separate steps.
